Studio Guidelines

 

BOOKINGS

  • Booking your appointment is possible through the BOOKING form 
  • For studio information (address, opening hours, public transport,…) click here
  • Scheduling an appointment to discuss a big project is also an option
  • When booking your appointment via e-mail, please mention: 

    • * placement on the body

    * size (in cm)

    * idea description/flash screen shot

    * reference pictures

    * available dates

    Please note that I only tattoo in my own style. Ideas outside my style might be rejected, however I will suggest other artists that might be suitable for your tattoo. Flash and ongoing projects always get priority. 

     

    IN THE STUDIO

    • We request all customers to come ALONE. Children are NOT allowed in the studio

     

    • Designs are NOT being forwarded in advance for several reasons, there is plenty of time to look into any necessary adjustments together on the day of your appointment - Flash designs are not being adjusted

     

    • Make sure to eat in advance and wear appropriate clothing (that can get dirty) to get to your to-be-tattooed area.

     

    PRICE/DEPOSIT

    • The total price is a variable something and will be discussed with you personally. The starting price is 100€

     

    • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit can be requested. The deposit needs to be transferred within 2 days. If the requested deposit is not transfered the appointment will be considered invalid

     

     

    RESCHEDULING/CANCELS

     

    • Rescheduling your appointment is possible up to 7 days in advance. Being 20 minutes late without a heads or last minute rescheduling = losing your spot and deposit. No-shows are not being rebooked and therefore provide you a spot on our blacklist 

     

    • By cancelling your appointment your deposit will be withheld 

     

     

    GOOD TO KNOW

     

    • We don’t tattoo minors, pregnant/breastfeeding women or people under influence

     

    • We also want to add that whatever your race, gender, sexual orientation or disability might be, we want you to feel confortable and safe. If you are someone who, for whatever reason needs extra privacy, please feel free to pass this on and we will find a moment to make this possible

     

    • We offer one free touch up within 3 months after the placement of your new tattoo. Touch up = a retouch of slightly faded lines/spots. Reshading, reworking, redesigning or adding new elements to your tattoo are not included within the guarantee and you will be charged the minimum rate or a highier fee after consultation with the artist 

     

    By booking an appointment you automatically agree to the studio guidelines

     

      PREPARING FOR THE TATTOO

      • Drink lots of water to hydrate the skin from within
      • The days leading up to your appointment make sure to exfoliate and moisturise your skin multiple times
      • Don’t consume any alcohol 24 hours before the appointment
      • Make sure you don’t have a sunburn, irritation or other skin conditions on the to-be tattooed spot
