+TERMS OF USE - gift card+

These terms tell you about the conditions which apply to your purchase and use of the physical tattoo gift cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card:

* You accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions
* You acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning our policy

 

• Gift Cards cannot be returned and is not redeemable for cash - partially or fully

• Please mention your Gift Card number when booking an appointment and bring the voucher with you on the scheduled date. The gift card balance will not te accepted if not presented in the studio!

• The voucher can be used to get tattooed by Viktoria Golebowska only, not by any other artist working at Feralis Artwork

• Note, that I work in a specific style and theme. No exeptions will be made.

• Cannot be combined with other sales/discounts

• Gift Cards can be used only for a tattoo appointment and is not valid on merchandise

• The voucher balance can be used to pay for one tattoo and cannot be split into multiple payments or be used as deposit

• The date of your tattoo appointment needs to be scheduled before the expiration date, but can take place after

• You are solely responsible for safe keeping of your Gift Card following delivery. In case your Gift Card is lost of stolen we are not being held responsible. Each gift card has a unique number that can be verified

• Purchased gift card is valid for twelve months from the date of the purchase. (Expiration period may vary during the pandemic)

• Gift Cards have a monetary value that is payed in advance and can be purchased only through the webshop or at the tattoo studio. Gift Cards purchased elsewhere are not legitimate

• Gift Cards cannot be copied or edited in any way

• If purchased online, the gift card will be shipped within a few days

• The terms and conditions may be updated at any time
